Embodying Truth: My Journey from Automation Engineer to Energetic Engineer
The Beginning
I spent over a decade in tech as an Automation Engineer, leading teams and building systems, scaling software, managing high-pressure projects, and honing a knack for spotting patterns others missed. From the outside, I had built the perfect life: a six-figure salary, a leadership title, and my first home by 25.
But beneath it all, something deeper was brewing. I longed for true freedom, not just financial, but the freedom to thrive in every area of my life. I went from earning $20/hour to a six-figure income by rewriting my limiting beliefs, a pivotal moment that ignited my journey into subconscious work. But even then, fear held me back from following my soul’s calling. I sought passion, purpose, and to live a life of service.
The Divine Storm
My unraveling was also my becoming. The divine storm hit years later, a layoff, heartbreak, and several profound losses in a single year. But my devotion to inner work began much earlier. In 2015, I became a certified yoga teacher. That training was a turning point - it gave me the foundation to meet myself through every wave that followed. Even while staying in a job and relationship that no longer aligned, I continued to study myself.
I became a Certified Yoga Teacher, Coach, and Hypnotist, diving into embodiment practices, subconscious reprogramming, and understanding how the psyche moves through change. I devoted myself to learning how to hold and listen to all parts of myself, and how to guide others through the tender terrain of transformation. This work isn’t just what I do; it’s who I am. Having walked through my own divine storm with reverence and grace, I now guide others through theirs.
